Roleplay Sample (Any scenario, NPC inclusion is allowed, have at it!): The snowy hued canid found himself at home amidst the falling flakes. The snow which already covered the ground covered his rounded paws like a welcoming hug. Aristophanes, more akin to a polar bear than a wolf, was mistaken for the latter quite often by those who did not know him. Heavily scarred on some parts of his body, Aris often exuded faux aggression...a personality tainted by hatred and anger; things which could not be further from his true self. A kind soul trapped in the body of something that portrayed him as something he tried fervently to get away from. However, he could not help who he was. Rather than meeting struggle at ever corner, Aris had decided to embrace who he was. Keeping true to that kind soul which remained rooted deep within him, the bear-like wolf had vowed to use his size and strength to his advantage. His vow extending to the protection of his loved ones, no matter the cost to him--each scar had a reason...a story.
So now, trudging through the thick of the freshly fallen snow, Aristophanes walked alone. With naught to protect but himself now, he was simply a failure in his own mind. Having let go those few who he thought extended their love to him, but merely remained close to him for their ensured protection. Cheated by those he thought cared for him as he did the same for them. He just wanted to be accepted...appreciated for who he truely was and not for who others wished him to be.
He sought new beginnings now. A new place to call home..somewhere he could be of use and perhaps begin to find that love he missed. The friendships...simply the thought of interacting again had the gladiator pushing himself to continue his search.
