Laws set by the current ruler; De'tanxi Lefix.
These laws give insight in regards to how the current leader is ruling the pack. Such as allowed IC behaviors (cannibalism, etc), punishments, etc.
These laws may change with each ruling De'tanxi.
De'tanxi Lefix is said to be both an empathetic but firm ruler. However, her way of leading has been heavily influenced by both her past and her life before she received her given blessings that allowed her to be the first official De'tanxi. Such influenced mannerisms may be seen by her allowing those within the pack to indulge in cannibalistic whims, the efforts she has made towards the pack advancing once more in terms of raiding, the acceptance or capture of loners, etc. Overall, the De'tanxi has had a difficult time making something from nothing-- which leaves her aware that her purpose during her reign isn't to start wars or regain the pack's previous nomadic territories, but rather build a healthy stable foundation for the one who will eventually take her place.

In general, during the current ruler's reign.
The generalized version of what you can and can't be punished for during the current leaders reign as there are too many circumstances to list one-by-one.

Lefix keeps a rather light control of what is and isn't allowed within her pack-- However, that doesn't mean she isn't against severe punishment if it comes down to it. She would like members of her pack to remain courteous of others within the group. To her, keeping her pack fed and her borders well-patrolled comes first before the matters of personal bonds and that can be reflected in her firm handling of those who shirk their duty, brawl with each other, etc. To keep it simple, if you think it would be frowned upon-- don't do it. In addition to this, Lefix is naturally suspicious-- any loners will have to go through one of her high ranks before being accepted into the pack. The overall respect of the Gods and Goddesses is very important to Lefix-- she will not punish those who do not believe in their religion but she expects courtesy towards them and their traditions that include them.
Special Instances
Punishable or allowed circumstances that are entirely unique to the given ruler. A carried over law means a law that the previous De'tanxi put forth and the new De'tanxi kept, a new law means an additional law the current De'tanxi added during their reign.

Marriage Bonds | New Law
► If you have partaken in a Ven'shara ceremony and your union has been blessed, should a Punisher see fading of the mark that binds you both-- the couple will be detained. General punishment will usually include seclusion from each other and the pack for a minimum of three days.
Cannibalism | Carried over Law
► Cannibalism is allowed. However, it is to be kept restricted to prisoners or those outside of the pack. If found attempting to eat a pack member (beyond prisoners), the punishment will be medium to severe depending on the rank of the individual they may have gone for.
Prisoners | New Law
► Punishment only-- so long as they don't wind up dead. Under no circumstance are prisoners and ranked members of the pack to fraternize, doing so will result in medium to severe punishment and possible demotion to the prisoner rank itself.
Healing | Carried over Law ► Being evaluated by a healer (and healed if necessary) regardless if they have any injuries after hunting, sparring, brawling, or even just a health check up. Exposure to illnesses and injuries can occur whenever, and she wishes to keep her pack members as healthy as possible.
Brawling | New Law ► With an abhorrence for those who shirk their duty, she finds brawling a waste of time as as of such allows her punishers (should they see it) to break it up, separate the individuals, and then isolate them until their punishment is decided. It will usually be a minimal to medium level punishment, depending on the involved parties' wounds.
These are subject to change with each differing De'tanxi or at any time during a rulers reign.
