Multi-colored optics scanned the snowy area around a little frozen pond, grey tree trunk, a few frozen leaves here and there with snow on top. Optics wandering to the left, there were nothing but a few trees nicely placed on the cold, white carpet that covered the surface of the ground, not leaving one spot open. A little longer away could be seen the remaining of what used to be a beautiful waterfall, filled with every kind of color blue mixed with white, falling in the pond below, creating a drinking source for the animals around. Head turning to the right, her optics would pick up the exactly same. Another waterfall -or what used to be a waterfall not so far from the spot the wolf was sitting, the pond that would receive the heavenly substance completely frozen, creatures free to walk on the ice if they'd wish to.
Auds twitching at the movement her optics would catch, a lonely stag standing on top of a small hill, it's hooves digging in the ground in a sad attempt to find easy food. Head back in it's original position the femme would look down at the pond in front of him, placing a thick paw on the ice that covered it's surface. It should be safe by now due to how long the weather had been this way, small white dots travelling down from the sky to meet the ground.
Deciding the ice was safe to stand on, the femme would lift her small frame with a huff, placing first one then her second paw on the surface, ears falling flat against the small frame's skull, unsure if the ice would actually be able to hold even her little weight up and wouldn't break.
Eyebrows knitting together in a tight frown she'd lift her maw, pointing it highly at the sky before inhaling deeply, old and fresh scents of prey and wolves found by her nose, though the scents of the wolves had been days ago, the most recently she could smell was when her mom and herself went to find her older sister. An unpleasant shiver ran up her back. Speak of the devil, maybe she should go back to the dame? She was probably wondering where she was at this moment of time, the sun was already setting, bringing warm stunning colors up on the sky. A mix of red, purple, orange and deep rich blue's.
Light brown mixed with grey that covered the lady's paws would take a few steps back from the ice so they were standing on the solid white's. Orbs glancing down, head following after she'd open her maw, teeth grazing the messy fur of the lifeless bunny by her right paw, chomping down on the prey so she wouldn't drop it by any chance. Lifting her head, she'd give herself a nod, turning around and started heading for the camp. The guard's paws were cold, almost at a certain point where she'd have to take a break from the walking to sit down and get some warmth in them, the numbness growing for the longer she was walking in the heavy white's. She was quite used to the cold, her fur being so thick she normally wouldn't have any problem with the coldness of the terrain but since she had stayed with the pack for so long, her body had grown used to the warmth of this area, and then when she'd go out in this cold weather, walking, hunting, she was doomed to freeze a little.
The wolf would continue on her away back to camp, the paw pads under the small framed lady's paws making a thud each time she'd place a paw down, trotting home. When the wolf had reached the forest, the ends of her lips would twist up in a smile, showing off her sharp teeth that were dug into the prey between her nose and jaw. Watching the black shadows of the tree's and the moonlight from the raising moon shine through the tree trunks placed thickly around the area, covering up most of the ground, made a delightful hum to escape the elder's open mouth, mixing in with the short pants, inhales and exhales she'd do, upping up his pace, running through the forest, her veins surging with adrenaline as she ran, dodging the tree's that would block her path.
