Ven'shara

Ven'shara is the ceremony of marriage.
One of the Royal ranks must be present during this, so as to officiate the ceremony.
It is expected that all, low or high ranking beings show support in this time joining. You do not have to watch unless you truly wish too.

At max, 4 "weddings" are able to be hosted at separate times.

The ceremony will start out with the pair meeting each other before any respectable high rank (De'tanxi, Le'mari, E'tani, etc).

There they will bow their heads in prayer towards the Goddesses, Entrite & Lavosa, and await their time of trial.  

If they are blessed, the gods will mark the pair with identical tattoos, and the ceremony will continue, however, if not the two will be forced to await another chance to be wed.
If the ceremony continues, the pair will state their vows and officially be viewed as mated before the eyes of all to see.

WARNING:
If you were blessed by the gods, but then became unfaithful to your partner, the tattoo will begin to fade with each dishonorable act (it will return to it's normal state if faith is restored between partners). When fully faded, the gods will punish you, if your partner hasn't already.
